Recipe: Winter Refresher:

Summary: A delicious juice for those cold winter days

Ingredients

  • 2 granny smith apples, cut into pieces
  • 1 pear, cut into pieces
  • 1 beet, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger root

Instructions

  1. Using your juicer, process the apples, pear and beets, and ginger.
  2. Stir and enjoy.
  3. Makes 2 small glasses.
