Banana smoothie

Recipe: Creamy Banana Healthy Smoothie


Summary
: A wonderful smoothie I have been drinking for last couple of days

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/c fresh apple juice or 1 T agave syrup
  • 2 T ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add all ingredients in blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.

Variations

May use 3/4 cup frozen berries.

Cooking time (duration): 3 minutes
