Vegetable juicers are simply juicers that turn fresh vegetables and fruits into fresh and delicious tasting juice that have more vitamins and minerals than that juice you buy in the store with none of the additives or preservatives.
These juicers come in a variety of types and styles including centrifugal, masticating or single gear, and twin gear.
While all these juicers make fresh juice the twin gear and masticating juicers give you more juice for the amount of fruit you use which overtime can save you a good deal of money especially if you are buying rather than growing your produce.
In addition, these types of vegetable juicers do a better job with leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, and even wheat grass. Some can even be used to make fruit smoothies and homemade natural baby food.
However, these juicers also tend to be a bit more expensive though they are worth the additional money, because they deliver better tasting juice that stays fresh longer.
However, each person has one type of juicer they prefer and the important thing is choosing the one that you like the best and will use to the most often.

But did you know that using a juicer machine to turn those fresh fruits and vegetables can actually give you more super concentration of vitamins, minerals, nutrients, proteins, enzymes, amino acids and chlorophyll than eating those whole fruits and vegetables ever could without making you feel overly full?
That’s right, by using a juicer machine to produce fresh raw juice whether it is simply orange juice or your own mixed vegetable juice you are supplying your body with all the good things your body needs to stay healthy and function at its best in a highly concentrated form that is easier for your body to absorb.
Of course, that doesn’t mean that you should give up eating fresh fruits and vegetables entirely as your body needs fiber too.
It does, however, mean that it is easier to get all those helpings of fruits and vegetables in while allowing you to enjoy a refreshing drink that will quench your thirst while it helps you to live a little healthier.

Many people who make their own juice find that their family often complains that the noise of making juice in the morning wakes them up. Chances are if your family is being awakened by the juice making process that you don’t have a masticating juicer.
Masticating juicers don’t spin the fruit and vegetables to get the juice out of them. Instead they grind, chew and knead the fruit which is not only a quieter process than spinning the fruit but, also more efficient. These juicers are better at getting juice from leafy green vegetables than are the centrifugal juicers as the chewing actions breaks down the fibers.
You can more juice with less produce this way saving money and getting the most out of each piece of fruit or vegetable.
Because this type of juicer actually chews and kneads the produce, it is also quite versatile and can be used for kneading bread dough, making pasta, nut butters, and all natural baby foods. They are also easier to clean and less messy that some other types of juicers.
But best of all they are quiet enough that you can make your juice and enjoy a glass in the morning without disturbing the rest of the household.
