Have you ever wondered what it would be like to meet one of the great people from history like daVinci, Elizabeth I, or Beethoven? Well that probably won’t happen—sorry. You may not be able to meet one of the greats, but you can eat some of the greats today.

At Nutrition Unplugged, they have a list of the 38 Super Power Foods as assembled by Whole Living magazine. This list includes, but is not limited to, beets, apricots, oats, almonds, and yogurt. It’s broken up into five categories: vegetable; fruits; grains and legumes; nuts and seeds; eggs, yogurt, and fish.

The list is accompanied by one of the many recipes from the magazine. It’s called Chickpea Fattoush (what a name for a Super Power Food, huh. It’s kind of like naming your son Sue). The recipe looks like it’s easy to follow and delicious.

Finally, at, we have some delicious juicing recipes that use many of the Super Power Foods. Sign up for our newsletter and you’ll receive recipes such as Beet Me Silly, Earth Mama Pear, and Spinach Zip.

Please stop by and enjoy!
